Quality Windows and Excellent Service

We have recently had our house fitted with new A rated windows and a beautiful 4 pane sliding door which have finished our extension in style. Our house feels much warmer and it has changed our house completely. We are extremely happy with the work, the fitters were clean and tidy and did an excellant job. We have already started to recommend them to all our family and friends. Also we were very surprised how good the deal was! One happy customer!!

Excellent Service

Secura Windows were recommended to me and after a brief telephone discussion with one of the Directors (Nick) arranged for him to call over & quote.

Nick was on time and talked me through Secura's full range of products without pressuring me into making any snap decisions. He measured the windows and noted every requirement promising to provide a written quotation with 24 hours.....

The quote was delivered the following day and was accepted. After only waiting 3 weeks for install all 12 windows were installed - the professionalism & cleanliness of the fitters was second to none.

For anyone looking for new or replacement double glazing or doors don't look anywhere else...

I've now used Secura on 2 occasions and would recommend to everyone. They cannot be beaten on reliability. I recently had some building work done and trying to get each trade to turn up and complete on time was very difficult. I had no such problems with Nick and his team who not only turned up on time but were totally flexible around the trades working on site. First class service and quality product, thank you.

Experienced, Efficient and Tidy - Excellent Service!

Thank you for a very efficient replacement of all windows and doors at my daughter's family home in Rogerstone near Newport. From the initial contact and measuring through to the final supply and installation the advice, attention to detail and service from Nick Powell of Secura was excellent. Also his Installers were very experienced, efficient and tidy. Previously Secura replaced the windows at our own house in Bassaleg and I wished to replace the same at my daughter's house and had no hesitation in asking Nick again! The product is high quality and keeps the house much warmer and quieter. The service is friendly and personal and much appreciated!

The Service Was Excellent Throughout

I used the services of Secura windows to replace every window and door in my house. Not only was the price reasonable but there was no sales pitch, haggling or ‘half price deals’ - just one quote that was fair and reasonable. The service we received was excellent throughout – all promises were kept, visits made when promised coupled with an efficient and friendly service from Nick who was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. The fitters were also excellent and the job they did was outstanding. I am exceptionally house proud and was worried about the mess, damage to my décor and broken tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. I needn’t have worried as you’d never have known they’d been there. There was absolutely no touch up work required to any of my décor afterwards and no mess at all. I remember Nick saying when we met that they had no need to advertise as all their business came from word of mouth. After the service we received, that was evident and I have continued to recommended Nick and Secura windows to so many friends and family since. I have also happily showed other potential customers the great work they did in my home. Good service these days is hard to find but they fully deserve the recommendation.
